The Template system in Compass allows for a significant amount of customization to items you would routinely print out such as Work orders or Invoices, or emails you would send to customers.
While the body of the email is able to be customized, the subject line is outside the reach of the Template customization system. While each different email template does generate a different subject line, modifying this subject line from the template is not within the capabilities of the systems in place. As such, any modifications to the subject line is required to be completed at the time of sending the email such as pictured on the screen below.
