Clarity Integration With Compass

Clarity Voice is the recommended phone system by Miracle

Method. In using this service, it can be integrated into Compass allowing for
the system to perform several tasks for your business automatically.


Clarity, in conjunction with Compass, can look up the phone

number that is calling in, and when it matches a phone number assigned to a
customer, it will give the option to bring up the customer record to allow
quick access for all relevant information by clicking on the View Customer
button.

 In the event the phone number is not assigned to a customer,

it will give the option to bring up a blank customer entry form, allowing you
to enter the information as needed.



Additionally,
contacting the customers can be done through Clarity by clicking on the phone
number listed on the Customer Information Page, or from the Call Customer
button on the left hand side




When you click this option, your Clarity desk phone will ring. Once you answer, the customer will be autodialled.
