Compass supports integration with clarity voice which allows franchisees to be alerted to incoming calls to their extension.
When an incoming call occurs, the system looked at the phone number and does one of the following:
If the phone number matches a single customer then a pop-up appears asking if you want to visit that customers record.
If multiple customers match that it takes you to the search screen.
If no customers match then it takes you to the create customer screen.
The system also supports making outbound calls and allows users to click on the phone number of a customer and to have their phone and then immediately begin ringing.
Setting up the system involves two steps, one is in the company general settings and requires that you fill in the clarity settings. We need to develop an SOP for this with clarity.
Secondly, within the user configuration the users extension must be listed.
