"Product is in error state and requires IT review" when in Product Management

This error appears when a product was imported from i360 and has unsupported configurations. This in practice means Custom Formulas.

1) Work with customer to translate their formulas to use non-formula product entry. For the most part this is straightforward as most franchisees seem to just use it for multiplying square footage by price per square foot (hint: in this situation just have them use the quantity field for the sqf, at which point it'll happily multiply the per-unit cost by the quantity.. aka the per-sqf price by the number of sqf)

2) Ask William or Robert to clear the flag. This requires the following backend query:

UPDATE products SET has_error=1 WHERE id='{enter ID of product from edit URL}' LIMIT 1;
