Third Party Facebook Management - Approval and Steps

Modified on Wed, 13 Nov, 2024 at 12:02 PM

This SOP reviews the internal steps necessary for a third party Facebook Management team to take over a local Facebook page.

1) Upon receiving a request to add a third party vendor to a local Facebook Page, you will need to first add a ticket to Zoho regarding the request.

2) Once your ticket has been set up, send the following emails to the franchisee, as well as the third party vendor taking over.

Franchisee Email Notification:

Dear Franchisee,
We have recently received a request to add ______________________ as a local Facebook Page manager.  In order for Miracle Method Corporate to process this request, you will be sent a separate email from Zohosign shortly, requiring you to review and sign your approval and understanding of the Third Party Facebook Management Policy before we can approve this request.  If you have questions regarding the policy or Facebook management in general, please feel free to reach out to marketingsupport@miraclemethod.com

Thank you,
Miracle Method Technology Team

3) Once the email and document have been sent to the franchisee and third party vendor and have been returned as signed, save the document to the Franchisee's individual MCore page as an attachment named "Third Party Marketing Vendor Agreement."

4) Once the document has been signed and approved, and the vendor has sent their Facebook login, you may add them to Facebook as an editor.
