Changing the estimator on an appointment or sold project

Rarely, you may need to change the estimator after an appointment has occurred. Or, you may need to change the estimator on a sold project.

If your estimate was written against an appointment:

  1. Open the project in question
  2. On the left side, click 'View appointment'
  3. Once on the appointment, locate the 'change' link


  4. You'll be prompted to select the new name.
  5. NOTE: this will update ALL estimates written against this appointment.

If your estimate was written without an appointment...
  1. Navigate to the project
  2. On the left side, locate the estimator name, and click 'Change'
  3. Note: if your estimate was linked to an appointment, you will NOT see the 'change' option here and instead will see it inside the Appointment.
  4.  
  5. Select the new estimator to replace.
  6. Click to save.
