Compass Text Messaging

Within compass, you can send and receive text messages with any of your customers provided that the phone number in the customer record is a text compatible device.

To send a text to your customer simply click on the texting button within any customer record.

When a customer texts you back, the system automatically creates a task notification under the tasks tab letting you know that you have one or more unread messages from the customer.

Note that if you are having an active conversation with the customer or are reading the text messages using the MiraTel interface inside My Miracle Method, the system will not auto-create a Task as you have read those messages.

Also, the system will automatically close the 'Unread Text Message' task once you have read all text messages.

It may take up to 3 minutes for the 'Unread Text Message' task to be created and/or removed depending upon system load.
