Prioritizing Commonly Used Sources

Modified on Wed, 13 Nov, 2024 at 12:01 PM

When managing sources, you will see the new 'priority' icon, which you can click to make a source a priority. You should use this for commonly used sources so that they are easier to find.

Note: The system can also automatically mark your most commonly used sources as 'priority' using the Automated Source Cleanup feature. Click to learn more about this.

To mark a source a priority:
1) Navigate to Company Settings > Sources
2) Locate the 'priority' (crown) symbol next to the source you wish to indicate is a priority.

3) Click this symbol for the source(s) you wish to make priority.
4) When creating (or editing) a customer, you will now see those sources above all others.

An example of what that looks like is shown here:

All sources continue to appear - some just appear first to make selection easier.
