Customer Level Search
The other option to search within Compass is through the "Customer Drop down list."
Each one of the options will apply a filter on the complete list of customers within the instance of Compass.
- Customers - Unfiltered, no data is removed from search results.
- Customers with Upcoming Estimate Appointments - Only those customers with estimate appointments scheduled in the future will be displayed.
- Customers with Scheduled Jobs upcoming - Only customers who have projects scheduled in the future will be displayed.
- Customers with Unclosed Estimates - Only customers who have estimates that have not been accepted or rejected pending will be displayed.
- Customers with Unscheduled Projects - Only customers with estimates that have been accepted, but have not had the project scheduled for technicians to perform the work will be displayed.
- Customers with Child Customers - Only Commercial Customers who have child accounts associated with them will be displayed. These are sometimes referred to as Master Accounts.
- Customers with Outstanding Balances - Only customers who have had projects completed, but have a balance remaining to be paid will be displayed.
